Who We Are?
Our journey began in a very different place. Before Bolder Digital became the innovative marketing and automation powerhouse it is today, Jarryd was working as a full-time apprentice glazier while also handling a retail job.
Every day was working long hours and working harder, not smarter.
Then came the turning point. One long day, working so many hours that fatigue took its toll, Jarryd fell asleep behind the wheel and collided with a guard rail at 110 kilometers per hour.
This accident not only wrecked his car but also forced him to confront the harsh realities of a life designed solely for survival. It was at that moment that he realised change was inevitable and a better future.
Determined to live life on his terms, he decided to take control of his destiny and transition into business, a move that would transform his entire outlook.
Embracing a newfound drive, Jarryd launched his first venture and sought guidance from Kerwin Ray, a highly respected business mentor in Sydney. Under Kerwin’s mentorship, Jarryd absorbed the principles of business through leadership, marketing, social media and permission-based selling.
An approach that not only respects the customer but builds lasting, trust-based relationships. This philosophy would shape every aspect of his future endeavors, setting the stage for both personal and professional growth.
Mentored by Legends: Learning from Cardone, Robbins, Belfort & Tuckwood
Along this journey, he also had the opportunity to work with industry giants like Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins, Jordan Belfort, and Ryan Tuckwood.
Each interaction provided invaluable lessons, shaping his ethical approach to business and reinforcing the importance of transparency engagement in every, respect, and genuine transaction.
During these years of transformation, Jarryd accumulated a wealth of credentials and accolades that underscored his commitment to excellence.
With certifications in life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming, he established a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and effective communication.
His achievements include winning the Swish Sales Event—a milestone that validated his innovative sales techniques and being crowned Social Media Extraordinaire at Kerwin Ray’s Nail It Scale It event alongside his wife, Jay. Additionally, he won the best overall sales team at a former media agency, further as a leader in cementing his reputation selling and business knowledge.
All these experiences and accomplishments laid the groundwork for Bolder Digital. Today, our company is built on the same principles that guided Jarryd’s marketing journey from practices to a commitment to giving every client the personal attention they deserve.
Ensuring that we focus on practical things to implement into business instead of “hope” marketing has always been the main focus of all things we offer in the business.
Jarryd has continued to dedicate himself to the market and the changes within it and for the past few years looked at ways to implement AI into businesses to streamline processes, reduce costs and to increase the “speed to lead” process to ensure that and advertising efforts have the best chance to succeed.
Our commitment to current practices and personal transformation extends beyond the realm of business. For the past six years, Jarryd has deepened his community involvement through work with the Cancer Council’s Women’s 5K Committee.
What started as a modest initiative has now grown into a six-figure event each year demonstrating our dedication not just to corporate success but to fostering community well-being and unity.
